Failed generation
A confirmed credit failure releases the reservation. A failed paid generation needs a refund review. Failure of the render is not itself confirmation that cash has been returned.
A result you dislike
Likeness and timing can differ from the photo. That is not automatically a failed payment.
Reports
A reporting inbox is not configured, and no reporting address is verified. The host policy, once an inbox exists, acknowledges a report within 1 business day and reviews it within 7 business days, Monday to Friday in Asia/Shanghai, excluding public holidays.
